Clayyard checks property, people and paperwork with technology, so our team can spend its time on what only people can do: guiding owners, buyers and agents to an honest deal.

Our promises
- We say what we checked, and what we didn’t. Every listing has a “What we checked” box. We never say “100% verified”.
- Real data only. No scraping. No copied or invented listings. Everything comes from the people who give it to us.
- Private stays private. ID, certificates and land records are for checking, not for display.
- Paid never beats honest. If a listing is ever paid to be shown first, it is clearly labelled “Featured”.
- Knowledge is free. Guides for owners, buyers and agents cost nothing.
- Every action leaves a trace. Payments, documents and approvals are logged, so nothing happens quietly.
