What you get

Builder accounts open after our first meetings with builders. This is what they will include.

• A page for each project. Photos taken on site, the RERA registration number, location, unit types and the price list, all in one place.
• Buyers come straight to you. Enquiries and callback requests go to your sales team, with the buyer's name, number and the project they asked about.
• Work with checked agents. Every agent on Clayyard has had their ID, PAN and bank account checked. Let them sell your units with confidence.
• Construction updates. Post progress photos so buyers can see the work moving, without a site visit for every question.
• One yearly fee. It covers your projects' pages and our team's checks, for the whole year.

What we check first

Buyers trust Clayyard because we check before we show. Before your projects go live, our team checks:

• The company's registration (CIN, LLP or partnership deed) and PAN
• GST registration
• RERA registration of every project we show, where the law requires it
• ID of the person who signs for the company
• The company's bank account, by a ₹1 payment

We only show projects registered with RERA where the law requires it, with the registration number on the project page.
