Work with Clayyard
Internships: learn real estate by doing it
Students and fresh graduates are welcome to join us for 3 months. You work on real enquiries from buyers, sellers and tenants, with a Clayyard mentor beside you, and leave with experience you can show.
What you do and learn
- Call and follow up real enquiries, understand what each client needs, and help them find it.
- See how property papers are checked (jamabandi, fard, sale deed, RERA), how visits are arranged, and how a deal is closed honestly.
- Complete Clayyard's trainings: our Code of Ethics, client privacy and the law, anti-money laundering, and POSH.
- Work under a mentor. Interns never sign agreements or collect any money: that is always done by Clayyard.
The reward: for a real sale
There is no stipend. When an enquiry you worked on becomes a closed sale, you receive 20% of Clayyard's share of the brokerage on that deal, paid once Clayyard has received it. For example, on a ₹50 lakh sale where you brought the buyer, the buyer pays Clayyard ₹50,000 (1%) and your reward is ₹10,000. It comes out of Clayyard's own share: clients never pay more than 1% plus GST.
Your certificate
Complete at least 30 days and your trainings, and you receive a Clayyard internship certificate with your period, your mentor and the sales you helped close. Every certificate carries a code that anyone can check on our website (clayyard.com/verify), so employers know it is genuine.
Our values
- Honesty without exception. We never cheat, mislead or hide the truth, by any means, however small, whoever asks.
- Integrity above all. We do what is right even when no one is watching, and our word is our bond.
- The client comes first. Every decision begins with one question: is this truly in the client's best interest?
- Value for those who trust us. We grow responsibly and transparently, so that those who invest in us, today and if we go public, share fairly in our success.
- Organic growth, together. We grow steadily and sustainably, and our people grow with us: in skill, in income and in pride.
- A lasting good for society. We aim to leave every community we serve better than we found it: fairer, safer and more trusting.
