Refund and cancellation policy

This policy covers the annual membership fees that property agents pay to ARN Estates, which runs Clayyard. Buyers and renters don't pay us anything to use the website.

Cancelling a membership

• An agent can stop their membership at any time by not renewing it. There is nothing to cancel.
• To close an account completely, contact us using the details below.

Refunds

• Within 7 days of paying, an agent who hasn't received any callback requests in that time can ask for a full refund.
• After that, or once callback requests have been received, fees are not refundable for the year paid.
• Paid twice by mistake? The extra payment is always refunded in full.
• If we close an agent's account without them breaking our terms, we refund the unused months of their membership.

How refunds are paid

Approved refunds are paid back to the same account or card used to pay, within 7 working days of approval. Online payments are refunded through our payment partner Razorpay; banks may take a few more days to show the money.

Failed payments

If money left your account but the payment failed, it is normally returned automatically by your bank or Razorpay within 5 to 7 working days. If it isn't, contact us with the payment reference.
